Outbreak of a 'Superbug' in California

A hospital in California has to deal with a outbreak of a highly dangerous superbug. The superbug is drug-resistant and killed allready two people in the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles. 160 people are exposed. The superbug was probably spreaded between Oktober 2014 and January 2015 during endoscopic procedures. The hospital says that they sterilized all the instrument like the manufacturer said.
The bacteria causes infections of the bladder or lungs which leads to fever, cough or chills.
This is not the first outbreak of this kind. It happened a few years ago in Seatle.
